The great thing about South Carolina Healthy Connections Choices is that you do have choices.
When you choose a health plan, the idea is to get the best plan for you and your family. We want you to get the best health care possible.
Once you have a health plan, it is easy to find a doctor, clinic or hospital in your plan and near where you live.
We have a search tool on the website that allows you to type in your ZIP code and find a doctor, clinic or hospital close to you.
We also can help you search for health care by the specialty of the doctors or clinics. For example, if you are pregnant, you can search for an obstetrician/gynecologist (or OB/GYN). OB/GYNs are the doctors that are trained in caring for pregnancies and childbirth.
To find a doctor, go to the search page and choose information about the kind of care you want.
