Blog:Keeping the doctor you like
Do you think that once you're in a South Carolina Healthy Connections Choices health plan you won't be able to keep seeing a doctor that you like? Don't worry. You can!
We understand how important that relationship is, and we want you to be able to keep going to the same doctor if your choice is to stay with that doctor.
When you join a health plan, you can choose any doctor in the plan to be your primary care physician (PCP). So ask your doctor if his office works with a Healthy Connections Choices plan. The office may work with one or more plans, and if that's so -- you can sign up for one of them.
