At South Carolina Healthy Connections Choices, we want to help you join the health plan that's right for you.

Each county has a different choice of health plans. Because of that, we've created charts for each county that you can use to compare what's available.

For example, if you live in Greenville County you can join Absolute Total Care, BlueChoice Health Plan, Carolina Crescent Health Plan, and First Choice by Select Health of South Carolina.

If you look at the county charts we'll explain the difference between the health plans and Fee-for-Service Medicaid so that you can make the right decisions for you and your family.
