Community meetings are a great way to find out more about your health choices!
At meetings, you can learn about health plans and even enroll in a plan. Enrollment counselors will be at the meetings to help you. They can answer questions and help you fill out all of the forms. Some enrollment counselors also speak Spanish.
Every month, we have several community events where you can meet with counselors one-on-one. You can see all of the events on the South Carolina Healthy Connections Choices calendar; they are listed as "Outreach enrollment sessions." Each month we have new events in different places around the state -- we could be coming to a town near you!
You can also make a private appointment to meet with an enrollment counselor. Just call our call center and we will work it all out.
